Job Responsibilities


- Maintain channel order and establish KPI assessment rules to ensure channel compliance sales and promote the achievement of performance targets

- Collaborate with finance, taxation, law and capital departments to participate in the negotiation and signing of various sales contracts

- Assist in process optimization of sales-related systems, maintain customer relationships and update customer information regularly

- Assist in PSI and lifecycle management of mobile or non-mobile products, including sales forecast, product roadmap, supply chain strategy, marketing strategy and pricing strategy, etc.

- Product data tracking and analysis, regular output of operational strategies to empower the business


Job Requirements


Fresh graduates are welcome

- International trade, market economy, business administration, communication, English, finance and other related majors

- Good English listening, reading and writing skills, proficient in using English as working language

- Good at cross-departmental communication and coordination, anti-stress, strong execution, problem-solving oriented, emphasizing self-improvement

Responsibilities


- Responsible for the mi.com management, communication, and coordination of e-commerce operation, business planning, quality control, channel mapping, etc

- Plan and implement sales operation strategy on mi.com, according to the company's overall strategy and KPIs, which includes Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), total profit, stock turnover rate, market share, and growth rate

- Manage region level and product level forecast, break down the regional target to product

- Coordinate channel sales, retailer sales, marketing and the other related teams to plan go to market program of key models

- Control every sections including pre-heating, launch, channel coverage, top selling and end of life, etc. of the program to make a hero model
